🕒 Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

🔄 Eligible Conditions

We accept returns only if:

The product is unused, unwashed & in original packaging

Tags and labels are intact

There is a genuine defect or wrong item delivered

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Customized or glow-in-the-dark designs

Sale/discounted items

Items showing signs of use, damage, or wash

🔁 How to Initiate a Return

2. Include your Order ID and product photo

3. Our team will guide you through the return pickup

💸 Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received:

Refund will be issued within 5–7 business days

It will be processed to your original payment method (UPI/Wallet/Card)

📦 Exchange Option

We offer exchanges for size issues or defects. Shipping cost for exchange is borne by customer.
